- Sharing for Advertising: If - and only if - you accept marketing cookies, hashed contact details are shared with Meta to measure ad performance. Under the CPRA this counts as "sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising", so we disclose it here rather than claiming otherwise.
- Right to Opt-Out: Declining marketing cookies in our banner is a complete opt-out - nothing is shared. You can change your choice at any time from the same panel.
- Non-Discrimination: We deliver identical ultra-fast speeds and price structures regardless of your privacy selections.
7. Processors & International Transfers
We do not sell your data or pass it to marketing agencies. We do rely on the following processors, several of which are established in the United States:
- Netlify, Inc. (US): site hosting and the Forms pipeline every submission travels through.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (US): Google Analytics 4 statistics, activated only after you consent to analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so nothing reaches Google before you consent.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. (US): Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. Where you have consented to marketing cookies, submitting a form sends Meta SHA-256 hashed versions of your name, email and phone number along with your IP address and browser user agent, so ad performance can be measured. Without marketing consent none of this is sent.
Transfers to the US rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
8. Data Storage & Security
The site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS, and form submissions route to our administrative mailbox through the Netlify Forms pipeline. Data is deleted automatically within 12 months unless a client contract is initiated.
